The Fabric Sweets Quilt Studio is smoke free and pet free. We are based in Colorado and have been selling high quality quilt fabric online since 2013. We are vendors at quilting retreats. We sell most of our fabric in half yard measurements, but we do not cut fabric from the bolt until after an order is received. For example, if you purchase 4 half yard increments you will receive one piece of fabric that is 2 yards long. We are happy to make custom cuts as well, so please contact us at FabricSweets@yahoo.com with your request.
Our Studio is smoke-free and pet-free.
We accept payment through PayPal and Credit Cards. We do not accept checks.
**Sales tax for Colorado residents** sales tax will be automatically calculated for you during checkout.
Orders ship at least twice weekly via USPS with tracking. Orders are typically filled the evening before shipment. Please let us know if you need your items faster and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Shipping upgrade options are available during the checkout process.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – We currently only sell outside the US via our other website www.FabricSweets.etsy.com
International buyers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping goods to their country. We do not mark items as a “gift” or reduce the value of the goods- this is illegal in the United States for merchandise purchases and comes with harsh penalties and jail time. We are able to break an order into multiple shipments so each package contains a lower value. Please contact us and we would be happy to assist you with this. We are not responsible for shipping delays for items held in customs. Orders refused/not claimed at customs then returned to us will not be refunded the original shipping fee.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on fabric, books, patterns, or clearance items unless there was an error in filling the order.
If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Once an item is approved by us for return or exchange buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error in filling the order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We highly recommend purchasing tracking and insurance on any items being returned.
